There are a sigh of a
new product in market, which are called: UV Tempered Glass. It is basically tempered
glass, but different from the traditional tempered glass. It using a special liquid
UV glue to install the tempered glass and then with a UV lamp to solidity the glass
on the mobile.
As we all know, there
are several layers in a tempered glass, one of them is the glue film, which
makes the glass attach well on the screen, and however the UV curved glass
itself there are no such a layer of glue. There is separate liquid uv glue
which are using when install the glass, please see following steps:
Clear the mobile
screen and put the uv glue on the middle of the screen
Place the tempered
glass to correct position of the mobile
The UV glue will disperse
on the full screen within 1 minute.
Wait until the glue
has fully stop moving.
Lighting on the UV
lamp make the glass under the lights 60 seconds to solidity the glue.
Now the glass
perfectly installed.
